The Fabulous Penny Doll!

Penny is my dear friend from college, she is a mom and a business woman and super inspiring!
She makes awesome jewellery for her company called P.O.P (Pieces of Penny) which I think are absolutely priceless! You can see her stuff on her Facebook page Pieces of Penny!

Collaboration!

My extremely talented seamstress friend Anna and I have been collaborating, thus the beginning of Re:works! Making something new out of something old also known as UP cycling, check us both out at the Blim Market at the Heritage Hall on Main Street in Vancouver March 20th 2016. Can not wait to see what one of a kind hand made treasure this evolves into!
Be sure to check out the blog at   Rew0rks.blogspot.ca

Mobile for Mme Coulter

I can't take all the credit for this beautiful mobile, my extremely talented daughter Eva helped and designed for her teacher before she went on maternity leave.

Birthday Present for Judes friend

I think it looks pretty close to the picture. What is most important, our friend is enjoying his new toy and carries it around his house with him all the time as per his parents.

Sushi Roll Pin

I love it when things don't always work the first time and you end up creating something fabulous regardless! This was my first attempt at the Sushi hair clip but realized it was just too big for the plate, so tah-dah its a brooch!

Horn of plenty...can you see a coconut, zucchini, parsnip, avocado, tomato and cashews?

Birthday Girl Fairy Doll

This was for the birthday girl!
It was a bigger challenge for me literally, biggest doll made to date and I think the face was quite successful as well.

Repeat Commissions! Party Favour Dolls

These were so much fun to make! Each one is made to look like the picture I was sent of the child and matched their interests....fondness for wonder woman, superheros, loves baseball, basketball and iPads, fan of pokemon, princess' or how about paw patrol or transformers. The tiny dolls were felted with jingle bells inside for almost toddlers.

Its a me doll

My awesome dentist loved the family of dolls so much she asked me to make dolls for her daughters birthday. This was my test doll!

Family trimming the tree.......My 2nd Commission!

My fabulous dentist had asked me to make her family trimming a tree as a surprise for her husband for Christmas. Was so much fun dressing the dolls!

Christmas Wreath

Decided to fill my kids old broken gumball machine with felt balls to display on my table at the craft fairs....but what would I do with all the unsold little felt balls? I love my little wreath and still have it on my door!

Luke and a Whompa

My first real commission and first time felting onto clothing. Super fun project!
